Vietnamese Street Food Re-imagined
When Jerry Mai wanted to bring Michelin Star quality and ethical food sourcing into a QSR concept, she turned to Under One Roof. Working with Jerry from the beginning we developed the name, identity, unique packaging and brand concept. Together we pitched to Emporium Melbourne to secure a tenancy in Australia’s newest retail development. From there we collaborated with the architects to bring the brand vision to life in a spacial sense. The result is that Pho Nom is one of the most successful venues in the centre.
